Homemade Sausage Stuffing | Till Then Smile Often

Ingredients

• 1 loaf ciabatta bread torn or cut into bite-size pieces
• 1 package of sausage
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 1/2 cup chopped celery
• 2 teaspoons thyme
• 1 teaspoon sage
• 1/2 teaspoon Basil
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 1/2 cup shredded cheese (I used a Horseradish Cheddar)
• salt and ground black pepper to taste
• 1/2 – 3/4 cup chicken broth
