Ingredients

• 1/2 cup lump crab meat
• 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
• 4 skinless salmon fillets, each around 6 oz
• 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
• A pinch of black pepper and salt
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• Chopped parsley (1 tbsp, optional)
• Brush of olive oil
