• 2 tbsp of Curry Powder
• 2/3 cup of Coconut Milk
• 1 tbsp of Chili Powder
• 1 stalk of Lemongrass
• ½ cup of Peanut Butter
• 2 tbsp of Soy Sauce
• 1 tsp of Lime, juice and zest
• 1 tsp of Salt
