Pumpkin Flan - Bothwell Cheese - Pumpkin Flan

Ingredients

• 2 whole eggs
• 2 egg yolks
• 2/3 cup of pumpkin puree
• 1/3 cup white sugar
• 2 tsp. of cinnamon
• 2/3 cup of whole milk
• 1/3 cup of grated Bothwell Black Truffle Monterey Jack
• 1/3 cup of white sugar melted in pan over medium heat till golden in colour
