Ingredients

• 2 cups fillets chicken cubed
• Salt to taste
• 1 teaspoon ginger
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 tablespoon Greek yogurt
• 2-3 tablespoon butter
• 1 and ½ cups fresh jalapeño chopped
• 5 tablespoon jalapeño sauce any brands
• 3 tablespoon Nando's lemon and herbs sauce
• 3-4 drops green food color
• Chopped coriander
• Chopped mint
• Chopped spring onions
• 3-4 cups cheese
