- 8 (75g) plain chocolate biscuits
- 1/4 cup (35g) pecans
- 30g unsalted butter, melted
- 1 banana, mashed
- 2 tablespoons thickened cream
- 1/4 cup (60ml) dulce de leche (see notes)
- Cocoa powder, to dust
- 2 eggwhites
- 100g caster sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon each cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
