• 3/4 cup uncooked instant brown rice
• 2 teaspoons curry powder
• 1/2 teaspoon Salt
• 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
• 1 14-oz can unsweetened coconut milk
• 1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
