Creamy Vegetable Soup recipe by Fathima Suleman

Ingredients

• 1 medium onion finely chopped
• 1 garlic clove crushed
• 2 c milk
• 1 c water
• 1 tin creamstyle corn
• 1 carrot diced or grated
• 1 TB Robertson's Aromatic roasted potato spice
• Half teaapon Aromat (a South African Spice)
• 1 TB dried mixed herbs
• 1teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) and Jeeru (Cumin) powder
• 1 teaspoon turmeric
• 1 packet cream of mushroom soup
• 1 packet vegetable soup
• Ground green chillies
• 1 TB whole Jeeru (Cumin)
• 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
• 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
• Finely chopped dhania (coriander)
• Finely chopped
