• 1 Fennel Bulb, trimmed and diced
• 2 Tablespoons Fresh Herbs, such as Rosemary, Sage and Thyme, minced
• 1/3 Cup Fresh Flat-Leaf Parsley, minced

• 3-4 Cups Chicken Stock, warmed
