White Asparagus with Brown Butter Egg Sauce

Ingredients

• 2.2 lb Reese All-White Asparagus Spears
• 4-6 slices ham, rolled
• 2-3 whole eggs hard-boiled
• 3.53 oz butter, browned
• ½ juice of a lemon
• ¼ bunch parsley, finely chopped
• ¼ bunch chives, finely chopped
• ⅛ tsp smoked paprika
• Sea salt and pepper, to taste
• ½ kg new potatoes
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 clove garlic, peeled
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp sugar
