Asian Noodle & Rice Recipes | HAIKU

Ingredients

• 290 ml of HAIKU Sweet Cream of Coconut
• 2 tbsp of red curry paste
• 2/3 cup of peanut butter
• 1/2 cup of chicken broth
• 1/2 tsp of salt
• Juice of 1 lime
• 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
• 500 g of chicken, sliced
• 1 onion, sliced
• 2 garlic cloves, chopped
• Roasted sesame seeds, finely chopped green onion and chopped mint as garnish
