Braai Chops / My Recipe recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• 1 kilo chops washed and soak chops in water with vinegar for 10 minutes
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• ½ teaspoon crushed garlic
• 1 teaspoon red chili paste
• 4 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 tablespoon steak and chop spice
• 1 teaspoon bbq spice
• ½ cup Aminas spare ribs marinade
• ½ freshly squeezed lemon
• 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
• ¼ cup oil
• salt to taste ( first taste the marinade as the spices are salty already , I dint have to add salt
