- 1/4 cup(s) butter
- 2 cup(s) powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground ginger
- 2-3 tablespoon(s) milk, whole
- TOPPING
- 1/2 cup(s) macadamia nuts, fine chopped
