Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup Golden Barrel organic cane sugar
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
• 1/4 cup ice cold water
• 1 egg beaten with 1 Tbsp milk, for brushing
• 3 peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
• 3 Tbsp Golden Barrel (light or dark) brown sugar
• 1 1/2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
