- ½ teaspoon whole jeera
- Few Curry leaves
- Add ½ kg of washed mince
- Add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- Add
- 1 and ½ teaspoon kashmiri masala
- 1 freshly slit whole green or red chilli
- 1 teaspoon dhana jeera mix
- ½ teaspoon tumeric
- ½ teaspoon salt to taste
- Add to the above mince
- Add 1 full tablespoon tomato sauce
- Adjust the salt and chilli taste
