• 2 drops lemon oil (optional)
• 2 cups butter (softened)
• 6 cups confectioners' sugar
• 5 to 6 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 cup orange coloured sugar (optional)
• 1 tablespoon citric acid (optional)
