Ingredients

• Crust:
• 2 1/2 cup
• 2 teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup chilled unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (1 cup = 2 sticks)
• 1/4 cup ice water
• Filling:
• 3 peaches, peeled and thinly sliced
• 1 1/2 cups blackberries, rinsed and dried
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 egg, beaten
