• 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas, drained
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
• 2 teaspoons ground coriander
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
