- 1 tablespoon finely chopped lemon zest
- ½ teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/3 cup chopped toasted hazelnuts
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
