- 2 cups (480 ml) low-sodium low FODMAP chicken stock, (divided)
- 525 g (18.5-ounces) acorn squash; ((remove stem, halve lengthwise, remove seeds, slice 1/2-inch (12 mm) thick to total 525 g))
- 1- pound (455 g) Swiss chard,
