  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
  • 1 1/3 cups (325 mL) all purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp (4 mL) baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) lemon rind, grated
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) white chocolate, finely grated
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) GAY LEA - Original Sour Cream
  • GAY LEA - Regular Whipped Cream
  • 1 lb (454 g) GAY LEA - Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 6 cups (1.5 L) confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) HEWITT'S - milk, or cream (optional)
