- 2 tbsp butter
- 6 oz raw ham, cut in strips

- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups Sprecher Black Bavarian
- Salt
- pepper
- 2 tsp dried marjoram
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Vinegar and sugar to taste
