Parsley Soup

Ingredients

• 3 oz / 75g butter
• 2 oz / 50 g plain flour
• 1 pint / 570 ml milk
• 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
• 1 large carrots, peeled and diced
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 inch piece fresh ginger, grated
• 1 large bunch of fresh parsley, chopped
