• 1 log of fresh goat cheese (3.5 oz/100g), cut into 6 slices
• 2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
• Fleur de sel
• 1 1/2 tsp (7.5 ml) honey
• 1 1/2 tsp chives, chopped
