Ingredients

• 6 egg whites (225 ml)
• Pinch of salt
• 1½ cups (260 g) caster sugar
• 1½ tsp white vinegar
• 2 tsp cornflour
• ½ cup (225 ml) Capilano Pure Honey
• 1 lime
• 600 ml cream
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 Tbsp Capilano Pure Honey
• 2 mangoes, peeled & thinly sliced
• ⅓ cup coconut flakes, lightly toasted
• ¼ cup pistachios, roughly chopped
