• 1 cup mashed potato (about 2 medium potatoes)
• 2 cups milk + 2 tablespoons of vinegar
• 1 whole egg
• 1/2 cup butter , melted and cooled
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 4 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
• 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 6?7 cups flour
• 1 cup crushed feta cheese
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup finely shredded parsley
