- 3 tbsp Potato starch
- 1 cup Cooking oil
- 200 ml Water
- ½ tsp Dashi stock
- 2 tbsp Hamdaya Japanese Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- Some Grated daikon
- Some Grated ginger
- Some Spring onions
