Paula Deen Hummingbird Cake Recipe

• 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice (do not drain)
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 (16-ounce) box powdered sugar (about 4 cups), sifted
