Ingredients

• ½ cup Kerrygold unsalted butter, slightly softened and cut into pieces
• 4 cups confectioner’s sugar plus up to 1 cup extra as needed
• 1 ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
• 1 ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• ¾ teaspoon ground allspice
• ¾ teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 2 Tablespoons molasses
