• 1 rabbit (approx. 1.5 kg)
• 2 glasses red wine
• 1 glass vinegar
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 2-3 sprigs of rosemary
• 1 onion
• 1 carrot
• 1 stalk of celery
• 1 jar peeled tomatoes (500g)
• 1 sprig of parsley
• 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 handful of black olives (optional)
• salt
• pepper
