• 2 lb baby yellow potatoes
• 1 can condensed French onion soup
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
• 2 cups sweet onion, thinly sliced and divided
• 2 cups bell pepper, thinly sliced and divided
• 8 oz sliced mushrooms
• 1 envelope onion soup mix
• 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 3 tbsp cornstarch
• 3 tbsp cold water
