• 4 halves ofpeaches - canned, drained (reserve liquid)
• ½ cup ofliquid from can (adjust if needed)
• ½ stick ofunsalted butter (2 OZ, sliced into about 8 thick slices)
• 1 cup ofchicken broth/stock (adjust if needed, or other broth)
• 1 TSP ofall-purpose flour
• pepper - finely grated
