Chicken Lasagne recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
• ½ teaspoon ginger garlic
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• 1 teaspoon Chicken spice
• 1 teaspoon Chops and Steak spice
• Little mixed herb
• 1 teaspoon lemon Pepper
• Little crushed black pepper
• Few chopped robot peppers
• TOMATO GRAVY
• salt cook well add pinch of sugar and Origanum
• Add little Tomato Sauce
• Add little any home made chutney
• Adjust the Taste
• WHITE SAUCE
• 1 & ½ cup Milk
• 2 tablespoon Butter
• 2 tablespoon Mazina or Flour and little water
• ½ teaspoon Salt
• ½ teaspoon White pepper
• Add all above to the milk and keep stirring to a slight thickish custard
• And then add ½ cup
• Grated cheese - in quickly
• Chopped Green dhania (coriander) and Origanum
