- 900g of frozen grated cassava
- 45g of unsalted butter, melted, plus 15g diced butter for the top
- 360g of coconut milk
- 180g of frozen durian pulp, deseeded and puréed
- 230g of caster sugar
- 2g of eggs
- 1 tsp fine sea salt
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- banana leaf, for lining the cake tin
