• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or Heilala vanilla paste
• 3/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1-1/2 cup buttermilk
• 1 cup of Seville orange marmalade
• 10 oz dark chocolate, chopped or shaved
• 1 cup heavy cream
