• 600-800 g potatoes (the same weight as the octopus)
• 1½ untreated lemons
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 jar Carciofini Trifolati (135 g, or more if you prefer more flavour)
• 1 sprig of parsley
• 3-4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
