Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh flat rice noodles or 14 oz package dried rice noodles (if dried packaged – additional steps required for cooking)
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Water (if using dried packaged noodles)
  • 8oz. chicken (or meat of choice), thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3-4 cloves (1 tablespoon) garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons seasoning sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • ½ tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch + 2-3 tablespoon water (slurry)
  • 3-4 stalks Chinese Broccoli, sliced
  • 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
  • Chili flakes (optional)
