- Water (if using dried packaged noodles)
- 8oz. chicken (or meat of choice), thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3-4 cloves (1 tablespoon) garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons seasoning sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- ½ tablespoon sugar
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch + 2-3 tablespoon water (slurry)
- 3-4 stalks Chinese Broccoli, sliced
- 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
- Chili flakes (optional)
