Ingredients

• 2 cups of All Purpose Flour
• 1 Tbsp of Baking Powder
• 1 tsp of Salt
• 1 cup of Sugar
• � cup of Cocoa Powder
• 1 cup of milk
• 2 tsp of vanilla
• 3 Eggs
• � cup of Vegetable oil
• 1 14oz can of Evaporated Milk
• 1 14oz can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 4oz of Cream Cheese
• 2 Whole Eggs
• 2 Egg Yolks
• 1 Vanilla Bean, split and seeds removed
• 1/3 cup of Caramel Sauce
