• 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) 10% plain yogurt
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) peanut butter
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) soy sauce
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) lime juice
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) honey
• 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
• Sambal oelek, to taste (optional)
• 2 small English cucumbers, peeled
• 1 green onion, finely chopped
• 1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup (11 g) chopped cilantro
• 2 tbsp (19 g) roasted peanuts, crushed
