Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 4 (15 oz) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15 oz) can stewed tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • ½ green bell pepper, diced
  • 3 tbsp McKay’s Chicken Style Instant Broth and Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried
  • 1 tsp cumin, ground
  • 1 dash cayenne
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • vegan sour cream (optional)
