• 1 TBSP shrimp paste
• 1/2 TSp ground coriander
• 1/2 tsp ground cumin
• 1 TBSP coriander, chopped
• 2 red onions, chopped
• 1tsp lime zest
• 114 cup reserved chilli soaking liquid
