- 200 g Strawberries (sliced into halves or quarters)
- 250 g Strawberry coulis or jam
- 600 ml Double cream
- 50 g Icing sugar
- a pinch Maldon Salt
- 1 tbsp Vanilla bean paste
- Edible Gold leaf (optional)
- Edible Flowers (optional)
