• 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup of organic cane sugar
• 2 teaspoon of baking powder
• 3/4 cup of almond milk
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
• 1/3 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain
• Pinch of salt
• 1 2/3 cup (250g) of cashews, soaked for 2 hours
• 1/2 cup of Olive Oil from Spain
• 1 tablespoon of matcha powder
• 1/4 cup of maple syrup
• 2 tablespoons of almond milk
