Vegan Dollhouse - Vegan Lemon Hibiscus Cupcake Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 lemons
• ~ a third of a cup (80g/mL) of nondairy milk (it depends on the size of your lemons)
• ¼ cup (56g) sunflower oil
• 2 teaspoons (8g) vanilla extract
• ¾ cup (146g) vegan, organic, or raw sugar (if you’re skipping frosting, you can use 1 cup of sugar to make them sweeter)
• 2 cups (260g) unbleached white flour
• 1 teaspoon (6g) baking soda
• 1 ½ teaspoons (9g) baking powder
• 1 teaspoon (3g) cornstarch (or tapioca flour)
