• ½ cup whipping cream, whipped
• 4 cups fresh blueberries
• 1 T lemon juice
• ½ cup water
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• ¼ cup cornstarch
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 2 T sour cream
• 1 T confectioners sugar
• ½ tsp amaretto flavoring
