Ratatouille Pizza - Vinesation Olive Oil and Vinegar

Ingredients

• 1 pizza crust
• 1 tbsp Vinesation Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil
• 1 ½ - 2 cups of Spiralized Zucchini, thinly sliced Eggplant and Tomatoes
• ½ cup fresh basil, thinly sliced
• 4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced or grated (or however much you want!)
• ½ cup thinly sliced basil
• 1 pinch red pepper flakes
• Salt & Pepper
• 3:2:1 ratio of: Vinesation Traditional Balsamic, Vinesation Black Mission Fig Balsamic, Vinesation Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
