Ingredients

• 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
• 1 tsp (5 ml) balsamic vinegar
• 1 garlic clove, finely chopped

• 4 naan breads
• 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) ratatouille
• 2 mild or spicy Italian sausages, cooked and sliced
• 1/4 cup (50 g) sliced black olives
• 1 1/2 cups (150 g) grated mozzarella cheese
