- 3 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
- 4 oz goat cheese
- Sliced Mozzarella (I used the mini balls)
- 1 egg for egg wash
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- Thaw pastry at room temperature for 30 minutes.
