Ingredients: 100ml x Atkins & Pots Classic Beef Gravy (or any beef stock or homemade if you have time); 1/2 x Small Onion (any is fine); 5g x Freshly Cracked Black Pepper; 25ml x Double Cream; Large pin of Salt; 60g x Mushrooms (I used button); 1 x dash of Tabasco or Hot Sauce; 1/2 tsp x Dijon Mustard; 5 x dashes (5ml) of Worcestershire Sauce; 10g x Butter; 1 x Garlic Clove (Crushed)
