Ingredients

• 1 (6-lb) bone-in turkey breast, thawed and patted dry
• 1/2 tsp ground allspice
• 2 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp canola oil
• Balsamic-Apple Glaze: 1/2 c diced red onion
• 1 c apple cider or apple juice
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1-1/2 tsp cornstarch
• 1-1/2 c tart red apple, diced and unpeeled
